Event Description
The Panhellenic
Council at UNK (sororities) is co-sponsoring the 1st UNK Women's
Symposium with the Women's Center and Counseling and Health Care.
The symposium will take place on Tuesday, November 3rd from 1 - 5
pm.
The theme for this year's symposium is "Healthy
Relationships" and we have selected some outstanding programs from our
very own Faculty and Staff members.
Some Notable Topics Include:
-"Mean Girls" (Keynote!)
-Healthy Women, Healthy Nation
-"He's Just Not That Into You"
-"Developing Deeper Relationships in a Shallow World"
-Destressing,
-“Killing Us Softly: Body Image and the Media”
-"De-stressing and Living a Life of Balance"
-“HPV/Gardasil/Plan B ~ BC Options”
-"Healthy Relationships Group"
